Frog Assassin

An ‘Assassin’s Creed’ inspired design. He hunts where the streets are flooded with water. Using his snorkel helmet and fins, he swims with agility like no other and can strike at his prey from the waters edge. His large hook weapons are used to drag his victims into the waters where he has the advantage.
